Mr. Behrmann received his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and his law degree from Michigan State College of Law (formerly Detroit College of Law). He is a member of the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan (CDAM) and the State Appellate Defenders Office (SADO). Mr. Behrmann is a member of the University of Michigan and MSU College of Law and Detroit College of Law Alumni Associations. He has lectured in the area of Drunk Driving laws and often speaks at educational events.
Mr. Behrmann joined Grewal and Associates law firm in 1997 as a law clerk. He became an associate attorney in 1998 and has been with the firm since. Mr. Behrmann's practice areas include criminal defense, family law, general civil litigation and real estate matters. He is licensed to practice in all Michigan State and Federal courts and the Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Court.
Mr. Behrmann has been appointed to serve on the State Bar District E Character and Fitness Committee. His term expires December 31, 2008.
