Mr. Barger graduated from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia in 1991 with a B.S. Political Science/Pre-Law degree. He then went on to graduate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, cum laude in 1996. During law school, he served as a law clerk/court officer for an Ingham County Circuit Court Judge. Mr. Barger is a member of the Ingham and Eaton County Bar Associations, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, State Appellate Defenders Office (S.A.D.O.) and in 2007 was appointed to serve as a member of the Ingham County Community Corrections Advisory Board.
Mr. Barger joined Grewal and Associates law firm in 2006. With over ten years of experience, his areas of practice include criminal defense, workers' compensation and Civil Litigation with a concentration in automobile negligence, premises liability, dog bites and Michigan No-Fault insurance benefits. Mr. Barger is licensed to practice in all Michigan state and federal courts.
