Attorney John Fraser Joins Grewal Law PLLC & Church Wyble, PC

We are excited to announce that Attorney John Fraser joined Grewal Law PLLC and Church Wyble, PC! John graduated from Michigan State University College of Law with a 4.0 GPA, ranked first in his class, and was admitted to practice in 2015. He practices multiple areas of the law including personal injury, criminal defense, general litigation, family law, appellate law, and intellectual property, but his passion is the medical marijuana field.

John brings significant experience in civil litigation to the firm, including experience representing victims/survivors in the MSU/ Nassar sexual assault case. In addition, John is known for fighting for the rights of medical marijuana patients and caregivers. His advocacy in the medical marijuana field includes handling the landmark case of People v. Manuel in both the circuit court and in the Michigan Court of Appeals, which brought some much-needed clarity to the law.

John is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Ingham County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and multiple sections of these associations including family, criminal, marijuana, young lawyers, and litigation.

In John’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife. He is a passionate Detroit Lions, Central Michigan, and Michigan State University fan.

Since John began practicing law, his main goal has remained the same; individualized attention to each client and their unique case. He is goal driven, brings a fresh perspective and strives for the best possible result for each of his clients. He will be an asset to our ever-growing firm!
