Grewal Law PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney David S. Mittleman has been named to The Best Lawyers in America© 2022 by Best Lawyers® for “Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs” in Okemos, Michigan!
Best Lawyers has a “Purely Peer Review” methodology for the curation of The Best Lawyers in America, the purpose of which is to develop an unbiased, vetted legal guide. Each year, the previous edition’s listees are asked to evaluate the upcoming edition’s nominees on Best Lawyers-provided anonymous lawyer ballots. This allows for an honest review, as there is no way to trace positive or negative feedback back to the person giving it. Therefore, it is a great privilege to be selected for The Best Lawyers in America because it shows that an attorney’s peers genuinely hold them in high regard.
Only the top 6% of the nation’s private practice attorneys earn listings in each edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Attorney Mittleman has been listed in every edition since 2009, highlighting how he continues to hold the respect of his peers.
Attorney Mittleman first joined the firm that became Church Wyble, which was then acquired by Grewal Law PLLC. He worked his way up from a part-time position while attending Thomas M. Cooley Law School to his current position as our firm’s managing litigation attorney. He also became a shareholder in 1990. Now, he handles all areas of litigation, with an emphasis on cases concerning medical, dental, pharmaceutical, and pharmacist negligence.
Over his more than 35 years of practice, David has obtained many seven-figure verdicts and settlements. He has also been involved with myriad auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and commercial liability cases. Further, he participated in negotiating the largest university sexual assault scandal settlement with Michigan State University.
We would like to take a moment to congratulate Attorney David Mittleman on his ongoing Best Lawyers acclaim, as well as thank his peers for recognizing his continued advocacy for the rights of wronged Michigan residents.
